Refund policy

All candles are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or during unpacking. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the item and packaging as received. Claims without supporting evidence may not be approved. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Eligible issues (verified shipping damage or incorrect items) may be resolved at our discretion with replacement or refund.
